Concerns During a Stay
We will inform you promptly about meaningful health or welfare concerns.
Urgent Veterinary Care
Where urgent veterinary attention appears reasonably necessary:
- we first try the pet parent
- we also try the emergency contact
- if neither can be reached and delay could reasonably place the dog at risk, Stay Floofy may arrange necessary urgent or stabilising veterinary care
- we try to coordinate with the preferred veterinarian where reasonably practical
Costs
Veterinary treatment, medication and emergency transport costs remain the pet parent’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Service Boundary
Stay Floofy is a home-based dog-care service, not a veterinary clinic, and does not guarantee clinical outcomes.
