Booking and Acceptance
These Terms apply to Stay Floofy Premium Stay, Day Care, Grooming and Pet Taxi services.
A booking is confirmed only after Stay Floofy accepts the booking and receives the required 50% advance.
The remaining balance is due before or at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
By confirming a booking, the pet parent confirms that information supplied about the dog is accurate and agrees to these Terms and the linked policies.
Stay Floofy may decline, postpone or end care where reasonably necessary because of safety, welfare, significant undisclosed information, non-payment or circumstances that make the agreed care unsuitable.
Information You Must Provide
You must provide accurate and complete information relevant to safe care, including:
- vaccination and preventive-care status
- medical conditions
- medication and administration instructions
- allergies or dietary requirements
- aggression or bite history
- resource guarding
- escape behaviour
- anxiety or relevant previous incidents
- emergency contact details
Tell us promptly if material information changes before check-in.
Care and Welfare
Stay Floofy provides home-based dog care and is not a veterinary clinic or hospital.
We will take reasonable steps to care for your dog according to the information and instructions provided.
Normal parent/vet-directed medication may be administered where agreed and appropriate.
Stay Floofy does not provide clinical treatment such as IV/saline.
If urgent veterinary attention is required, the Emergency Care Policy applies.
Veterinary and Emergency Costs
Veterinary fees, medication, emergency transport and other third-party emergency-care costs relating to your dog remain the pet parent’s responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Behaviour and Damage
Dogs are cared for in a shared home environment with compatible dogs.
Pet parents must disclose known behavioural risks before care.
Stay Floofy may separate dogs, adjust activities, request pickup or end care where reasonably necessary for safety or welfare.
Pet parents may be responsible for material damage or third-party costs caused by their dog, particularly where relevant behaviour or health information was withheld or materially inaccurate.
Liability
Dog care involves ordinary risks associated with animals, social interaction, movement and changing health conditions.
Stay Floofy will take reasonable care in providing the agreed services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, Stay Floofy is not responsible for loss arising solely from an undisclosed pre-existing condition, materially inaccurate information supplied by the pet parent, an unavoidable animal-related incident despite reasonable care, third-party veterinary decisions, or circumstances outside Stay Floofy’s reasonable control.
Payments
50% advance to secure an accepted booking.
Remaining balance before or at checkout.
Accepted methods: UPI, bank transfer and cash.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund rules are governed by the current Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Photos and Media
Direct care updates are separate from public marketing use.
Do not treat acceptance of these Terms as automatic consent for identifiable public social-media or marketing use where separate consent is appropriate.
