- provide accurate health/behaviour information
- ensure vaccination/tick-prevention readiness
- bring collar/tag
- supply medication with instructions
- supply special/preferred food outside normal included meal options
Behaviour and Compatibility
Stay Floofy is a shared home environment.
Dogs are assessed for compatibility and activities may be adjusted where reasonably necessary.
Food and Routine
Standard home-cooked options may include chicken, vegetables, rice, curd, egg and paneer.
Parents provide kibble, specific meats or other special/preferred food.
Medication
Provide medication in appropriate packaging with clear instructions.
Damage and Incidents
Pet parents may be responsible for material damage or third-party costs caused by their dog, particularly where material information was withheld or inaccurate.
Updates
Parents normally receive approximately 2–4 meaningful updates per day.
Parents may message/check in and video calls may be arranged.
Public marketing use is not automatically authorised merely because a booking exists.
